These Terms govern your use of Tee Time Apps, operated by Reel Time Apps Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our websites, apps, or services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A separate written agreement with us controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Using the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription. You are responsible for your account credentials, account activity, and the accuracy and legality of information you provide, including obtaining permission to submit another person's information.

You may not misuse the Service, violate applicable law, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, or copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use it to develop a competing service, except where permitted by law. We and our licensors retain ownership of the Service; you retain ownership of your content.

Fees and third parties

Applicable fees and payment terms are stated when you subscribe or purchase, or in your agreement with us. You remain responsible for fees incurred. Clubs, event organizers, and third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Text messages

Tee Time Apps offers optional automated texts about tournaments, registrations, schedule changes, event reminders, auction payments, memberships, and bookings, as described when you opt in. Consent is separate from accepting these Terms and is not required to register, bid, purchase, or use the Service. Requesting a sign-in code authorizes that code only.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages sent by that number. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for help, email app@teetimeapps.com, or call +1 561-972-3929. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Organizations are responsible for their users and any notices or consents required for information they provide. Contact app@teetimeapps.com about data processing agreements.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or restrict access for violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement. You may stop using the Service; subscription cancellation is subject to your subscription terms. We do not guarantee availability, uninterrupted access, or correction of errors.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. These limitations do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or another party's rights.

Governing law and disputes

Florida law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own arbitration costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
